Refund Policy
1. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment as per the selected course plan.
All fees are non-refundable once classes are scheduled.
The course, however, is transferable to another working professional if the original learner is unable to continue. The new learner will continue from the point where the first learner left off.
Payment must be completed before the start of the course unless otherwise approved by TCE.
Tale Crafted English reserves the right to revise course pricing, offers, or structures at any time, but learners will be notified in advance of any policy changes.
2. Demo Sessions
Demo sessions are conducted one-on-one and last for 45 minutes.
Demos are arranged only after confirming that the learner agrees with the course curriculum and fee structure.
Only one demo session is allowed per learner.
Demo sessions are non-chargeable but must be attended at the confirmed time.
3. Class Duration and Structure
Group Classes: Conducted for 60 minutes per session.
Personal Classes: Conducted for 45 minutes per session.
All sessions are conducted online via Google Meet (or another approved platform).
Course content, structure, and materials are the property of Tale Crafted English and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.
4. Attendance and Compensation
Consistent attendance is key to achieving the promised learning outcome.
Group classes: Missed sessions cannot be fully compensated, but learners can access notes and resources from that session.
One-on-one classes: Missed sessions can be rescheduled within the same month if prior notice is given at least 6 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will lead to session forfeiture.
5. Course Validity and Duration
The course validity starts from the date of the first class.
Learners must complete their sessions within the given duration unless approved for an extension.
The lifetime membership includes:
Free email subscription to supplementary study notes.
Free Business English PDFs and additional practice materials.
Access to trainers for future guidance (not ongoing classes).
6. Trainer and Batch Allocation
Trainers are assigned based on learner level and availability.
Tale Crafted English may reassign trainers or adjust schedules to ensure quality learning.
Learners will be informed prior to any such change.
7. Learning Material and Intellectual Property
Notes, handouts, and exercises shared in class are for personal use only.
Reproducing, sharing, or selling course content is strictly prohibited.
All course materials remain the intellectual property of Tale Crafted English.
8. Certification and Evaluation
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the full course.
Learners are expected to participate actively in assignments, discussions, and speaking tasks.
The improvement guarantee applies only to learners who attend regularly and complete given practice work.
9. Privacy and Recordings
For privacy and confidentiality, Tale Crafted English does not record sessions.
Learners are also not permitted to record classes without written permission.
Any misuse of class data or materials will result in immediate termination of enrollment.
10. Code of Conduct
Learners must maintain professionalism and respectful communication throughout the program.
Disrespectful behavior, misuse of materials, or violation of trainer boundaries will lead to removal from the program without a refund.
Tale Crafted English fosters a supportive, judgment-free learning environment.
11. Technical Requirements
Learners must ensure a stable internet connection, microphone, and camera for participation.
In the event of a trainer’s technical issue, the session will be rescheduled.
12. Policy Updates
Tale Crafted English may update its Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Learners will always be informed of any updates through email or WhatsApp prior to implementation.
