No Refunds
- Course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Freezing the Course
- In the event of genuine personal emergencies, students may request to freeze their course for up to 1 year from the date of approval.
- To freeze your course, contact us at [email protected] with a detailed explanation and any supporting documents.
- Once the course is unfrozen, students can resume their classes based on available slots.
Transferability of Enrollment
- Enrollment is transferable to another individual in case the original student cannot continue.
- Transfer requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 7 days in advance of the intended transfer date.
2. Shipments Policy
Tale Crafted English provides digital services and materials; no physical shipments are required.
Access to Digital Materials
- Course materials, including notes, recordings, and handouts, will be shared digitally via email or Google Drive.
- Students are responsible for ensuring they have stable internet access to download and use the materials.
Assistance with Materials

Non-Transferable Materials
- Digital course materials are for the enrolled student only and must not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

Cancellation Policy
At Tale Crafted English (TCE), we are committed to delivering high-quality Business English training. Please review our cancellation and payment policies below:
1. Course Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Once enrolled, course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- We do not offer trial refunds, partial refunds, or refunds for missed classes.
2. Installment Payment Policy
- If you have opted for the two-installment payment plan, you are required to pay the second installment after completing your 22nd session.
- Failure to make the second payment will result in an immediate hold on your access to the course.
3. Rescheduling & Missed Classes
- Group Classes: Missed sessions are non-refundable.
- Personal Classes: Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour prior notice, subject to trainer availability.
4. Demo Session Cancellation
- Demo sessions are free, but prior confirmation is required. If you cannot attend, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance to allow other participants to book the slot.
5. Trainer Availability & Course Adjustments
- TCE reserves the right to modify class schedules, trainers, or batch timings if necessary. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.
