• Late arrivals of over 10 minutes may result in class cancellation without compensation.

• Demo sessions are scheduled for one hour.
• Prospective students must confirm their availability and agree to the price structure and curriculum before booking a demo.

6. Trainer Qualifications

All trainers are certified professionals with TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent qualifications. They are skilled beyond basic spoken English training and provide advanced Business English coaching.

7. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during classes.
• Disruptive behavior may result in termination of enrollment without a refund.

8. Course Content and Materials

• All course materials, including notes, recordings, and handouts, are the intellectual property of TCE.
• Students may access these materials for personal use but must not share, distribute, or reproduce them without written consent.

9. Lifetime Membership and Improvement Guarantee

• Lifetime membership includes continued guidance and access to course materials at no additional cost.
• Improvement guarantee ensures measurable progress, with the goal of achieving 90% English accuracy, provided students actively participate in all activities and complete assignments.
